01. Who we are

Who are dwellow?

We are on a mission to make energy savings simple. Our team has over 90 years of experience in the home energy market in the UK, having pioneered buying a boiler online.

We are now bringing that experience of having managed thousands of gas-safe boiler installations to renewables. Today, upgrading to a heat pump or adding solar panels to your roof is too complicated. We're changing that. We offer heat pump quotes and solar quotes in under two minutes. All of our installers are MCS registered and vetted by us so you are in safe hands.

If you're not sure where to start on lowering your energy bills our energy saving plan is where to go first. Answer a few simple questions and we'll show you options to lower your monthly energy bills and cut your emissions. Once you've got an idea of what could work our friendly experts can get it all set up. To make it easier on the pocket we apply for grants you are eligible for, alongside offering monthly payment plans.

Who are your installers?

We partner with some of the best insulation, boiler, heat pump and solar installers right across the UK.

If you are having a new boiler installed or an old one removed to upgrade to a heat pump, our installers are Gas Safe registered. Before joining our installation partners, each engineer's qualifications and experience are checked. This includes ensuring they have the right insurance in place.

If you are upgrading to a heat pump or solar, then our partners are also MCS registered.

We're proud of the quality of our work and so all of our installations come with a 12-month workmanship warranty, free of charge. We'll take care of your home and if anything goes wrong we are here to help.

Can I read any reviews about you?

Yes! We ask all of our customers to provide feedback on their experience with us. Many have left their thoughts on TrustPilot. At the time of writing (July 2024) they had rated their experience 4.5/5.

02. Our services

Do you install in my area?

The answer is almost definitely yes.

We install boilers, heat pumps and solar panels right across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

We know when a boiler breaks down getting a replacement is often pretty urgent so we even offer next day installations if you order before 12pm Monday to Friday. Our online quote tool takes a couple of minutes and you'll be able to see all of our availability right from the tool. Go ahead and get a fixed price quote.

What does dwellow install?

We believe every home is different, but every home can be made more energy efficient. That's why we offer options like insulation upgrades, heat pumps, solar panels, batteries and A-rated gas boilers.

We keep our prices fair by giving you the option to get a quote online. We've partnered with top manufacturers and quality installers across the country. Meaning we manage your home upgrades end-to-end.

Why don't you charge for your plans?

We believe in keeping things simple. Most of us don't know where to start with home upgrade plans. That's why we built our online plan. Answer a few questions and we'll show you great upgrade options, prices and estimated savings in less that two minutes.

We then offer a free of charge call with one of our experts who can help you with any questions you may have. The next step is for us to complete a technical survey at your home. For this we charge £250, but if you go ahead with an installation we take it off the final price.

The technical survey confirms the things you've told us and takes all the measurements we need to confirm your home's heat loss and check the finer details on what will be needed for our engineers.

What if I have a complaint?

We always aim to provide the best possible service to our customers, but sometimes things can go wrong. We'll regularly ask you how we're doing, because it gives us the opportunity to put things right and improve our services. You can always contact us if you have any concerns.
