Let's get started

You'll have your personalised boiler recommendation in less than a minute. We're going to:

Ask a handful of questions about how you heat your home today

Then ask you a few more about your home itself to help us size your new boiler

We'll then match you to a great installer who can often install within a couple of days

If you're not sure at any point, don't worry. We're just a phone call away.

First, what type of central heating do you have?

We're asking this to make sure we are selecting the right type of boiler for your home.
How to tell?
  • Most homes run on mains gas - if you have a gas meter this is likely to be right
  • If you have large bottles outside your house, you'll likely have LPG
  • Do you have a tank that you get filled up each year? Then you'll have oil
  • If your have overnight storage heaters or radiators that are plugged in, pick electric

Great, what type of gas boiler do you have today?

Most people stick with the type of boiler they currently have, but if you're looking to change we can also help.
How to tell?
  • Combi boiler - you'll just have a compact boiler that heats your radiators and hot water on demand
  • System boiler - you'll have a boiler and hot water cylinder normally in the airing cupboard or garage
  • Regular boiler - like a system boiler you'll have a hot water cylinder and also a tank of water in your loft
  • Back boiler - these are sometimes found on older systems. Your boiler will be behind a fireplace

Would you like to convert to a combi boiler?

Combi boilers heat both your home and provide on-demand hot water. They are a good choice for flats and smaller homes as you don't need a separate hot water cylinder.

Where is your current boiler?

These are typical places where a boiler is normally installed. If your home is different, pick 'somewhere else'.

Would you like your new boiler moved to a different room?

If you do, we can help with that. It will take a little longer to install and some extra on the bill.

Ok, we can help with that. Where would you like your new boiler installed?

This helps us estimate the amount of work required to adjust your current heating system.

How would you describe your home?

This is the first part of us estimating the size of your home. We'll ask a couple more questions to finish the job.

How many bedrooms does your home have?

We use this to estimate the size of your home

How many seperate showers do you have, or plan to have?

This is standalone showers, not showers over a bath tub

How many bathtubs do you have, or plan to have?

Just count bathtubs, exclude any standalone showers

Where does the flue from your boiler exit your home?

If you've asked to move the boiler, let us know where the flue will go in its new location; otherwise, where the flue currently exits

Where on the roof is the flue positioned?

This helps us plan for how we will reach your flue to remove it and replace it with your new one

Last bit, we just need the postcode of where your new boiler will be installed

We use your postcode to check when we can install. Usually, if you order before midday, we can install the next day nationwide. At the checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred date.
